Don Ruggery Jr. whose family owns and operates McIntyre’s Candies had two things to tell the panel. One, he hoped there is a quick exit strategy out of the plan. The other…

David Wolser, a resident of the city told the consultant team he didn’t understand why the plan took so long to come together.

Carey Merrits, 71 year resident of the city decried the plan’s changes in public safety departments, especially a recommendation on supplementing fire department personnel.

After taking into consideration all public comments, written and oral, the consultant team will have to come up with a final version of the plan by December 7. City Council will then consider the plan for adoption December 19.
