Police officers from all across Blair County gathered Thursday night in Hollidaysburg to remember those who gave their lives in the line of duty.
More than 200 people watched on as roses were laid at the Blair County Law Enforcement Officers Memorial in front of the courthouse. It’s the 21st year for the event. Duncansville Police Chief Jim Ott helps to organize the event each year.
The foundation also paid tribute to Allegheny Township police officer Chris Garlena, who died unexpectedly in January from a hear attack while shoveling snow. The tribute included inspirational poems, songs, prayer and a gun salute by the Altoona Police Department.

I would've just posted this on Facebook, but Facebook doesn't allow you to post GIFs (like this little animation).
Maybe the $1.1 BILLION price tag isn't so crazy?
