Catholic Faithful Celebrate Retirement of Pope Benedict XVI
The local Catholic community came together Thursday in a special mass to celebrate the retirement of Pope Benedict XVI.
Altoona-Johnstown Catholic Diocese Bishop Mark Bartchak led the gathering at the Cathedral of the Blessed Sacrament in Downtown Altoona. Pope Benedict XVI stepped down as the chief leader of more than one-billion Catholics yesterday.
Bishop Bartchak called it a time of prayer and urged followers to thank God for Pope Benedict’s leadership as the church moves towards the future. Pope Benedict and Bishop Bartchak share a special anniversary – Bartchak was ordained on April 19th, which is the same day Pope Benedict was elected to lead the church.
The two had the opportunity to meet twice since that time.

I would've just posted this on Facebook, but Facebook doesn't allow you to post GIFs (like this little animation).
Maybe the $1.1 BILLION price tag isn't so crazy?
