Corbett Calls Pension Issue "Tapeworm" To Budget



Governor Tom Corbett has called the pension crisis in Pennsylvania “a tapeworm” to the state budget.
 
Appearing on NewsTalk 1240 WRTA on election night the Governor was asked about the issue.
 
 
The election night panel brought up to the Governor his comment when elected that sacrifices would have to be made concerning the budget.  Corbett was asked when Harrisburg would start to lead the way in the respect.
 
Corbett said there would be no special session called to address the issue before next year.
