Crash Closes Road In Hollidaysburg Sunday

A two vehicle crash closed down a section of roadway in Hollidaysburg for about an hour Sunday evening.
The accident happened around 6:30 when the driver of a Nissan
Pathfinder ran a red light on Garber Street and crashed into a Jeep Cherokee traveling on Route 36 and knocked it onto its side.
According to police, the driver who ran the red light said her brakes failed.
No serious injuries were reported even though the driver of the jeep had to be cut out of the vehicle.
