Debt to the Penny or Is It?

      For the inquiring minds that want to know the federal debt total on any given day there is a government web site that provides this information. The numbers are big but they do not include all the debt. But wait there is more!
      Not included is unfunded future liabilities such as social security, about $15 trillion, medicare, medicaid and other entitlements approximately $85 trillion The total does not included unfunded pension plans. But wait there is still more.
     Also not included in the federal debt total is accumulated state debt, school district debt, government authority debt such as the Altoona Water Palace debt. (The Authority keeps records of their debt in their brand new super sized $7,000,000, WATER PALACE much of it built by Water Palace Authority family members.) 
    Local munipality debt isn't there either. Even the million dollars of debt the Altoona Mayor championed and the City Council just authorized for various recreation facilities, excepting that the lion's share of the million dollars is key marked for a spray park outside the Mayors front door.
