A dramatic structure fire early today in Altoona sent emergency crews into action.
 
The call came in around 4:30 this morning reporting flames visible at a 220 Lloyd Street apartment building.
 
Early information from the scene indicates everyone escaped the fire safely and that at least three families were left homeless as a result of the fire.
