Fatal Crash Closes Busy Altoona Intersection



A fatal two vehicle crash closed down a busy Altoona intersection this morning.
 
City police tell WRTA News that the accident happened around 4AM at the intersection of 17th Street and 6th Avenue.
 
The crash involved a car going the wrong way on 6th Avenue and a garbage truck.
 
Blair County Coroner Patty Ross has identified the victim as 21 year old Jordan Graham. The driver of the garbage truck escaped serious injury.
