The annual Flag Day Ceremony will take place today at 12 noon at Heritage Plaza in Downtown Altoona
The ceremony will include the Altoona Police Department and the Altoona Fire Honor Guard and a Proclamation presented by Councilman Bill Neugebauer on behalf of Mayor Bill Schirf.
There will even be a hot dog lunch.
Donations will be accepted to go toward keeping the flag flying at Gospel Hill.
