The Blair County woman charged with buying the handgun used to shoot and kill three people before Christmas will head to trial.
Brenda Shultz waived her preliminary hearing Tuesday in front of District Judge Paula Aigner.
The 52-year-old Shultz is facing a felony and two misdemeanors in connection with the December 21st rampage near Geeseytown. That’s when her live-in boyfriend Jeffrey Lee Michael used the .45 caliber handgun to shoot and kill three people. Troopers later killed him during a shootout.
State Police alleged that Shultz purchased the weapon for Michael in 2011 because Michael was under a protection-from-abuse order from his ex-wife. He believed that he wouldn’t pass a criminal background check.

I would've just posted this on Facebook, but Facebook doesn't allow you to post GIFs (like this little animation).
Maybe the $1.1 BILLION price tag isn't so crazy?
