Hollidaysburg Man Arrested Following Cambria County Police Chase
A Hollidaysburg man is facing charges following his arrest Tuesday in Cambria County.
Cresson Police say that during a traffic stop 25 year old Adam Weigand sped away and led them on a chase Tuesday afternoon that ended in Patton. Officers pinned the vehicle up against a guardrail and a telephone pole to end the pursuit.
Weigand’s girlfriend and their child were in the vehicle during the pursuit but no one was injured.
A police car was damaged in the chase.
Weigand, who was wanted in South Carolina on a drug charge and had done time in Cambria County Prison for a probation violation, now faces aggravated assault, endangering the welfare of a child, recklessly endangering another person, fleeing or eluding, and resisting arrest charges.
I would've just posted this on Facebook, but Facebook doesn't allow you to post GIFs (like this little animation).
Maybe the $1.1 BILLION price tag isn't so crazy?
