A local attorney has announced he’s running for Blair County Judge.
Dave Andrews, founder of the law firm Andrews and Beard, is looking to win a 10-year term in this year’s election.
The 60 year old Andrews has practiced law in the Altoona area for the last 35 years. He has also worked in the Blair County DA’s office as an assistant district attorney.
