14,500 pages of secret "perversion files" compiled from the late 1950’s to the mid 1988’s and released Thursday by order of the Oregon Supreme Court, document sex abuse allegations against Boy Scout leaders across the country including three cases in Blair County.
 
A 2010 Oregon civil suit brought the files to light and the Oregon Supreme Court ruled the files should be made public.
 
The law firm of Kelly Clark posted the Boy Scouts of America's so-called "Perversion Files" on the internet. Three Blair County incidents are included.
