Logan Township officials may be getting closer to finally selling their former municipal complex.
Supervisor Ed Frontino tells WRTA News that at least two potential buyers have come forward in recent weeks. County leaders will vote next week on an extension of the Keystone Opportunity Zone tax abatement on the property.
Frontino says if the KOZ designation is approved, the interested parties will then be required to submit bids.
Township officials say their latest appraisal values the property at over $400-thousand.
