With that announcement yesterday Magisterial District Judge Fred Miller opened his campaign. Miller spelled out the foundation of his campaign for WRTA News.
One specific issue Miller would like to address is the institution of a “One Family One Judge policy”.
Miller becomes the third candidate for Blair County Judge. Altoona attorney Dave Andrews and Blair County Chief Deputy District Attorney Wade Kagarise made their formal announcements earlier this week.
