A city man has been arrested for allegedly breaking into several cars early this morning in the Juniata section of Altoona.
28 year old Devon Conrad is accused of stealing items from eight vehicles in the area of Broadway and North 6th Avenue.
Altoona Police tell WRTA News that they got the call about the break-ins around 3:30AM and apprehended Conrad shortly thereafter.
Items stolen from the vehicles included electronics, eyeglasses, and tools. Police say Conrad also damaged the vehicles by prying doors open and smashing windows.
