Rick Geist was a Republican member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 79th District since first elected in 1978. He lost the 2012 primary.
Not to worry though, Bo Bicky leaves office with an extremely generous pension and cadillac health care for life. In recognition of Geist’s 34 years in Harrisburg where he worked to help himself get automatic annual pay raises, an enormous pension and fully paid health care. I am pleased to present this award as One for the Road for Bo Bicky. Let us not forget that he helped himself to an average of $25,000. in per diems the last several years; no receipts, no documentation.
Giest had his perks as do all of the state legislature and our local school superintendent and his 300 administrators have theirs.Murray had a contract approved by Lockard that gave Murray the authority to go any where at any time with a tax payer credit card,no quewstions or documentation needed.

I would've just posted this on Facebook, but Facebook doesn't allow you to post GIFs (like this little animation).
Maybe the $1.1 BILLION price tag isn't so crazy?
