Following 10 ten days of testimony, a Blair County jury on Wednesday found Kenneth Piner Sr. guilty of 28 drug-related offenses.
The counts included being part of a corrupt organization, conspiracy to bring cocaine to Altoona, and using the money from his drug sales to buy more drugs.
The 52 year old Piner had not denied he sold and traded cocaine in small amounts but he claimed he was just a small-time dealer who didn't know the people behind the Baltimore to Altoona drug operation or how it worked.
Rodney "Rocco" Williams, the alleged source of the cocaine out of Baltimore is the next person to be tried in the case against the drug ring suspects.
