Tonight the Division of Student Affairs at Penn State Altoona and Blair Countians for Drug Free Communities will be sponsoring a forum for the candidates running for the 79th General Assembly.
 
Dr. Richard Flarend, the Democrat candidate, and Dr. John McGinnis, Republican candidate for State Assembly, will square off on issues related to alcohol and drugs, and their perspective on government’s legitimate role in enforcement, prevention and intervention.
 
The event begins at 7:00 at the Devorris Downtown Center.
