Leadership changes are coming for two local school districts as new superintendents will take over this year.
On Tuesday the Tyrone Area School board is expected to accept the retirement of William Miller. The 70-year-old educator succeeded his father Norman Miller as superintendant in 1970.
Meanwhile, Altoona Area School District has closed the application process for replacing Dennis Murray, who has served as superintendent since 1984. Murray had previously announced that he wouldn’t return for the 2013-2014 school year.
The first round of interviews for the position should begin by the end of the month.
I would've just posted this on Facebook, but Facebook doesn't allow you to post GIFs (like this little animation).
Maybe the $1.1 BILLION price tag isn't so crazy?
