2 out of 462= 0.4% of stopped citizens
20 other violations out of 462= 4%
45 total violations or warnings = 10% of everyone stopped
Officers from 8 municipalities on overtime for a Holiday weekend- I wonder how much tax money was spent getting the 2 DUI's since we can't really count the other violations and warnings. Would we have gotten at least 2 more antway if these officers had been on their normal patrol schedule?

Maybe the $1.1 BILLION price tag isn't so crazy?
