This is a disgrace
If this was just average joes not cops, they would have been in jail long ago. Time and time again those in government, law enforcement who should know better commit a crime and get a pass or lighter treatment. We as citizens though in example if we speed through a work zone the fines are doubled, maybe we should have harsher punishments for those in government and law enforcement who break the law.
I would've just posted this on Facebook, but Facebook doesn't allow you to post GIFs (like this little animation).
Maybe the $1.1 BILLION price tag isn't so crazy?
