Tyrone police are looking to the public for help in finding a missing man.
 
Staff at the Colonial Courtyard say that 69 year old Donald Chakan walked away from the Tyrone facility around noon on Monday. Chakan suffers from several health problems including schizo-affective disorder, parkinson’s disease, OCD, depression, and senile dementia.
 
Chakans is is described as 5’9”, 160 pounds, grey hair, and blue eyes. Anyone coming in contact with Chakan is asked to contact the Tyrone Police Department at 684-1365.
