Acting on a tip they received alerting them to a stolen car in Altoona, city police found the vehicle on the 3000 block of Broad Avenue.
 
Just before 11:00 last night, 27 year old Derrick Ray of Philadelphia was arrested in connection with the theft of the Saab stolen out of his home town.
 
Ray is also facing drug charges after police found him to be in possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
