Special investigator Louis Freeh says he believes Penn State has undertaken significant changes to focus on campus safety in the wake of the Jerry Sandusky sex abuse scandal.
Freeh says parents should feel comfortable sending their children to Penn State, just as they would any other "good university." He spoke at news conference Thursday to discuss Penn State's internal investigation to the handling of Sandusky.
Freeh says the university is "for the first time" taking seriously the Clery Act, which mandates reporting of campus crime. The U.S. Department of Education says Thursday it's still investigating whether the university violated portions of the Clery Act.
I would've just posted this on Facebook, but Facebook doesn't allow you to post GIFs (like this little animation).
Maybe the $1.1 BILLION price tag isn't so crazy?
