Crash Closes Route 22



A two vehicle crash on Route 22 in Geeseytown closed the roadway for about three hours Tuesday afternoon.
 
State Police say that around 1:15 an SUV and a garbage truck collided near the Geeseytown Firehall resulting in a diesel fuel spill.
 
No injuries were reported and the cleanup of the spill was coordinated by the Department of Environmental Protection.
