A Johnstown man is facing involuntary manslaughter charges after police say he supplied the alcohol that led to a deadly car crash.
Patrick Fyock Junior was also arraigned Wednesday on charges of corrupting minors and furnishing alcohol to a minor. Investigators allege that Fyock gave the alcohol to 18-year-old Daniel Turous and others in the hours leading up to the September 2010 accident along Route 22 in Hollidaysburg.
The crash killed 16-year-old Kelsey Lynn Miller – who was a passenger in Turous’s vehicle. Last month Turous plead guilty to causing the accident and he’ll spend the next three years behind bars.
Police say Turous was drunk and speeding – factors that led to the crash. Fyock was a passenger in Turous’s vehicle.
