A Gallitzin man has been charged with using and possessing illegal bath salts.
 
Police say they found Gary Lynch Junior dazed and confused while walking along Williamson Street on Friday night. A search of the 30-year-old’s backpack turned up several baggies of the illegal substance.
 
Lynch told police he was delivering the drugs to another man. A preliminary hearing will be set for a later date.
