An accused cocaine dealer who has been on the run for more than a year is now in custody.
Altoona Police say 31-year-old Oliver T. Johnson turned himself in Tuesday to face drug charges. Johnson had been hiding in Philadelphia. He also told police investigators he worried about retaliation from those connected to 35-year-old Thomas Rhone.
Johnson worked as a police informant – that helped lead to Rhone’s 2010 conviction on drug charges. Rhone was found guilty of providing Johnson with cocaine and is serving a 15 to 30 year prison sentence.
Johnson faces four drug cases in Blair County. He was arraigned and lodged in the Blair County Prison in lieu of $100,000 bail. A preliminary hearing is set for August 8th.

I would've just posted this on Facebook, but Facebook doesn't allow you to post GIFs (like this little animation).
Maybe the $1.1 BILLION price tag isn't so crazy?
