Blair County officials have put a hold on taking part of a state offered human services program.
 
Just one month ago all three County Commissioners agreed to pursue the pilot program that is designed to provide counties with more discretion when it comes to spending on programs like drug and mental issues and child welfare.  Now some questions about the program have come up and that has prompted the board to back away from the program at this time.
 
The issue may be addressed once again in 2013.
