The man who in 1996 received at that time the second longest drug sentence handed down to a Blair County drug dealer has died.
 
Altoona native Richard Lee Rickabaugh Sr died Tuesday at Somerset Hospital.  At the time of his death he was serving 44 to 85 years for heading up a local cocaine operation.  The 60 year old Rickabugh was doing his time at the State Correctional Institution at Laurel Highlands in Somerset County.
