A reported burglary in progress call into the Tyrone Borough Police Department on Tuesday resulted in two men going to jail.
 
Police were told one man was seen hoisting another man up and into a kitchen window of a residence on the 1900 block of Adams Avenue.
 
23 year old David Denny Jr, was later identified as the man who got inside the home. Upon their arrival at the scene, officers could see the other man, Jacob Emerick outside the home and a neighboring property and they could see Denny inside the residence.
 
Denny was taken into custody at the scene while Emerick was located a short time later and arrested.
 
Nothing appeared to have been taken from the residence.
 
Denny was charged with one count of Criminal Trespass and Emerick was charged with one count of Criminal Conspiracy and one count of Criminal Trespass.
 
Both were lodged in Blair County Prison after they were unable to Post bail.
