An Altoona woman is behind bars after she allegedly tried to set fire to a man’s home.
The incident happened at last Tuesday in Antis Township. Troopers say 26-year-old Heidi Garman took a pile of papers and set them on fire in the living room of the residence. The blaze was quickly extinguished.
Garmen was taken into custody and charged with arson and related crimes. She remains behind bars in the Blair County Prison after being unable to post 10-percent of $50,000 bail.
