A.B.A.T.E. Not Connected To Weekend Picnic Assaults
An update now on a story we brought you Monday.
We reported that State Police were called out over the weekend to a picnic that got out of hand in Frankstown Township and one man is facing charges from that incident.
Now the State Police have issued a correction in their report.
The assaults that occurred at the A.B.A.T.E. Meeting Grounds were not connected to the A.B.A.T.E. foundation in any way. The motorcycle organization simply provided their picnic area to a group that had organized a Scholarship Ride to raise money.
The State Police have issued an apology to A.B.A.T.E for the confusion in their reporting of the incident to the media.
The organization hosting the picnic in question is not known at this time and the investigation is continuing.
I would've just posted this on Facebook, but Facebook doesn't allow you to post GIFs (like this little animation).
Maybe the $1.1 BILLION price tag isn't so crazy?
