Weekend Fires Destroy Two Duncansville Homes



It’s still not known what caused a fire that destroyed two homes in Duncansville over the weekend.
 
Crews were called out late Saturday night to 851 3rd Avenue to fight the blaze that eventually spread to 849 3rd Avenue.
 
No one was injured but residents were left homeless.
 
Crews from the Duncansville, Phoenix, and Allegheny Township Volunteer Fire Departments all responded to the scene.
