Preliminary Hearing Today For Local Man Who Turned Picnic Into a Fight
A preliminary hearing is scheduled today for the man who is accused of causing a drunken ruckus at a local picnic area a little over week ago.
The late night incident happened on the 19th at a picnic area off of Campbell Hill Road near Geeseytown in Frankstown Township. That’s where 37 year old James Bogel kicked and punched a woman and then fought back at others at the gathering who tried to get him under control. After police took him into custody Bogel tried to kick out the windows of the Police cruiser.
Bogel is facing various charges incuding Aggravated Assault on a Police officer, Simple Assault, Harassment, Disorderly Conduct Public Drunkeness, and Criminal Mischief.
I would've just posted this on Facebook, but Facebook doesn't allow you to post GIFs (like this little animation).
Maybe the $1.1 BILLION price tag isn't so crazy?
