A city man and woman are both facing charges following a domestic dispute overnight in Altoona.
 
The incident involving Vicky Smith of 108 South 9^th Street and Francis Jenkins of 1002 2^nd Avenue happened around 2:40AM.
 
City police tell WRTA news that the details are sketchy but some sort of altercation at Jenkins’ home resulted in minor injuries to both parties and when Smith was forced out of the residence she pushed an air conditioner through a window before driving away. Police say she was under the influence at the time and faces DUI charges as well as simple assault and domestic violence charges, which were also filed against Jenkins.
