Steven Fisher of Patton will be staying in jail.
 
A judge has denied a bond reduction after hearing from the victim who says she was in fear for her life in February when the 41 year old Fisher allegedly threatened to kill her if she didn’t remove a protection from abuse order against him.
 
A subsequent search of Fisher’s home on Ashcroft Road in East Carroll Township turned up guns, knives and evidence of a meth-lab.

Fisher, facing counts of rape, aggravated indecent assault, sex assault, terroristic threats and unlawful restraint, remains in the Cambria County Prison on $100,000 bond.
