Following two destructive fires on Sunday night in Altoona, a call came in around 3:45 this morning reporting that flames could be seen shooting out of the roof of a structure at 870 31st Street.
When firefighters arrived on scene they found the building that is home to Adam’s Electric fully involved. At one point about twenty minutes into fighting the blaze, fire crews were told to evacuate the building and more units were called in. Crews remain on scene at this hour.
