Walter Bradshaw faces charges including rape of a child and involuntary deviate sexual intercourse. Defense attorney Thomas Crawford says the 63-year-old minister is "not guilty. He didn't do it." Bradshaw was arrested and has been jailed in Bedford County since December 2010, after the girl reported the incident. The girl's mother has since pleaded no contest to child endangerment and sentenced to two to five years in prison because authorities say she knew Bradshaw intended to have sex with the girl when she was left at the motel. The trial is set for Sept. 19.
