The Blair County Neighborhood Watch Program sponsored by Operation Our Town held another County-Wide meeting last night.
 
This third Program in the monthly series was held at the Penn State Altoona Devorris Downtown Center in Altoona and featured Todd Negola, Vice-President of the PA Gang Investigators Association.
 
Negola spoke on gang activity and awareness in Blair County. He said that he was confident neighborhood watch groups could identify problems in their communities before they happen.
 
The next County-wide Neighborhood Watch meeting will be held on October 17.
