Investigation Into a Homicide At A Local Hospital Continues



The investigation continues into the case of a Tyrone man killed while a patient at a Altoona regional.
 
In July of last year 64 year old Charles Denny Sr. died of an overdose of the antidepressant drug Zoloft while in the hospital’s Intensive Care Unit.
 
No one connected to the hospital is considered to be a suspect.
 
The Blair County District Attorney’s office has released few details on this homicide investigation.
