A judge has upheld perjury charges against two Penn State administrators.
Former vice president Gary Schultz and athletic director Tim Curley are accused of lying to a grand jury that investigated sexual abuse allegations lodged against ex-assistant football coach Jerry Sandusky.
A Dauphin County Judge ruled Wednesday against motions by Schultz and Curley that would have thrown out the perjury count against the two men.
Schultz and Curley are also facing one count each of failure to properly report suspected child abuse.
Both men have argued that the statute of limitations has expired.
The judge did not make a ruling on that matter and noted the dismissal request would be ruled on separately.
