Man Hurt While Lending Hand At Accident Scene



A man was hurt yesterday while trying to assist at the scene of an accident in Allegheny Township.
 
Police say that around 5:30 pm Joni Adams of Cresson lost control of her vehicle on a curve along Sugar Run Road.  Joshua Madison of Summerhill stopped to assist Adams and and was hit by a car driven by Ashleigh Williamson of Ebensburg.
 
Although Madison suffered some injuries he refused transportation the hospital.  Adams, whose car went down an embankment and flipped over, was taken to the hospital but it’s not known how severe her injuries were.
