The preliminary hearings in a local neglect of care case have been postponed until November.
Sherry Jo Warner, of Riggles Gap Road, Diana Frye of 1104 14th Avenue, and Marjory Koch, of 211 7th Avenue were all originally to have hearings Wednesday.
Warner owned an operated Warner's Home for the Aged on 14th Avenue until her license was revoked last year. Frye and Koch were employed at the facility as direct care aides.
84-year old Kenneth McGuire, a resident at the home for five years, passed away last November after being admitted to Altoona Regional with reportedly so many unattended sores that a doctor told a grand jury that it was the worst case he had seen in over 30 years.
Warner, Frye and Koch are all charged with one count of neglect of a care-dependent person, a misdemeanor, and remain fee on unsecured $25,000 bail each.
All three are expected to appear for preliminary hearings on November 2nd.

I would've just posted this on Facebook, but Facebook doesn't allow you to post GIFs (like this little animation).
Maybe the $1.1 BILLION price tag isn't so crazy?
