The company that owns the Martinsburg Mill has filed for chapter 11 bankruptcy.
Pennfield is expected to sell the Martinsburg, as well as Mount Joy, and South Montrose animal feed mills to Wellsource Nutrition as part of the bankruptcy proceedings.
Wellsource has not yet unveiled current or future plans for the mills.
