Man With New Jersey Criminal Record Arrested Locally On Drug Charges
Over the weekend drug agents arrested a local man with a criminal history in New Jersey.
The Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General, Bureau of Narcotics Investigation has announced the arrest on Saturday of Andy Burgos following a search of his residence at 407 Kettle Street.
That search turned up 13-Bricks of heroin with a street value of approximately $19,500.00, a small amount of marijuana, and drug packaging equipment and paraphernalia.
The 38 year old Burgos has been charged with possession with intent to deliver heroin, one count of simple possession, possession of a small amount of marijuana, and possession of drug distribution paraphernalia.
Authorities say he has a New Jersey criminal history of narcotics violations.
