20 year old Jonathan Settle, of 1606 20th Avenue was behind the wheel of an SUV when it hit the front porch of a home on the 400 block of 21st Avenue around 8:30 yesterday morning.
According to Altoona police witnesses say the vehicle sped around a turn and was on two wheels before crashing into the home.
Police say Settle, who doesn't have a driver's license, admitted he was driving the vehicle without the owners permission.
Settle faces felony theft charges as well as several traffic violations.
