State Gaming Board Releases Monthly Revenue Figures



The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board says state casinos generated $59.3 million in revenue from table games in September.

The newly released monthly report represents a 15.4% increase in gross revenue from table games compared to 2011.

The report also shows that $8.6 million in tax revenue was generated from table games in September.

The state taxes gross revenue at 14% for casinos offering table games for two years and 16% for those that began offering table games less than two years ago.
