Penn State is not renewing the contract of athletic director Tim Curley.
 
Curley has been on leave since last year after he was charged with perjury and failing to report a child sex abuse allegation against Jerry Sandusky.
 
Curley and retired vice president Gary Schultz are set to stand trial in January on the charges which both men have denied.
 
The school has reportedly paid about $2 million in legal expenses for Curley, Schultz and former president Graham Spanier.
